Begin with the astonishing blue colour, thanks to the Butterfly Pea Flower, and then follow it down through the goodness of Lemongrass and Ginger – and finish off with the natural sweetness of liquorice root.

Mix up your taste buds and eyes by adding fresh lemon juice and watching the tea turn from blue to purple!

Steep one teaspoon full in a cup of boiling water for up to 5 minutes. This tea can be repeatedly re-steeped – the ginger and liquorice flavours will become more intense although the blue colour will fade.
