White tea is a delicately flavoured tea that yeilds a small amount of colour and is perfect to drink when contemplating your day. Unprocessed and with the least amount of oxidation of all the teas, white peony can be steeped multiple times and will gradually develop it's flavour as you sip. With subtle fruit and sweetness, this tea will fast become a favorite!
Steep two teaspoons full in 75 - 80 degree water for up to 3 minutes. Re-steep as often as you like! If the tea becomes bitter, or is bitter at your first tasting, the water may be too hot.
Bring your kettle to the boil and then turn it off and let it sit for 3-4 minutes as this should bring you to the correct temperature.
